Your account is temporarily locked after 5 consecutive incorrect password attempts. It unlocks automatically after 30 minutes. If you need access sooner, email support@7u7hit.app — issues are typically resolved within 15 minutes.

Log in to your account and go to "Security Settings." You'll find the option to enable 2FA — choose between SMS OTP or Google Authenticator. With 2FA enabled, no one can log in to your account even if they know your password.

Yes, you can be logged in on both mobile and desktop at the same time. For your security, additional verification may be required when logging in from an unrecognized device. If you notice any suspicious login activity, change your password immediately.

Once your name, date of birth, and mobile number have been verified, you'll need to contact support to change them. You can update your email and password yourself from Settings.

An accumulator bet lets you combine multiple matches into a single bet. If all your selections are correct, the odds multiply to deliver a much bigger payout. The risk is higher, but so is the reward. You need at least 2 matches to build an accumulator.
